speaking of my future kids that i pray for every night- not as in i pray i have kids right now, i mean i pray for my children to be blessed abundantly in life. i'm eager for that point in my life where i get the privilege to raise a strong, confident, loved, smart world changer(s). that's the only reason why i'm not a fan of me having kids within a year of being married, it's not because i don't want kids. it's because i want time to build a strong, healthy, loving & understanding marriage with my (future) husband because i know the moment i have a kid i'll become a mother first and a wife second. i don't know how to say that without sounding strange or as if i'd be a bad wife- i just mean i will have the responsibility of bring up an amazing man or woman of God and will do everything i can do be sure i do just that. i love kids to bits. there isn't an age group i haven't taught or loved; babies, toddlers (so cute when they run oh goodness the proportions are far too adorable), preschoolers, elementary kids, preteens and teenagers. they all have something wonderful about them. i know i'll be a mother someday but in all honestly i pray it won't be anytime soon. i still have my life to live before i give it all up to my future child(ren)- cause i know that's what i'll do.i know i won't be able to half-ass raising a kid. i also pray that i won't have to raise them on my own. the father of my children will play a larger part than being a mere sperm donor . i pray he will love them as much if not more than i do.
sidenote: i can't wait for the days to dress them up like little grown-ups (such as the photos above). eeeep! i just want miniature carbon copies of myself and whoever my spouse will be. i know narcissistic but you can suck it.
