today was a tad long but very successful. i landed a job at my dream store yeeeee. i am now an official employee at aritzia- non of this seasonal silliness. thank goodness for connections! wahooooo! i start my official training sunday morning :) so stoked.
i landed the job with a terrible headache and only 4 hours of sleep- grace of god i tell you. At first they said i had what they called a stone face or stone cold? they said something along the lines of "because of the fact that you're really beautiful and well put together when you look serious you look intmidating and unapproachable. so just smile at the customers even if they don't need your help." i took that as a i bit of a compliment- never knew i could look intimitading with my height and all haha. but i was smiling and laughing with customers i suppose they didn't see that? either way it don't matter i landed a job, its not sales associate but they said i have potential, so for the time being i am a fitting room attendant..? something along that title. yaay!! pretty clothes, nice music, good money= happy happy gabbi :)
im gonna do a happy dance and hope into the tub now.
ps school was good too. had some good chuckles with new & old friends. plus i have a feeling im gonna be fluent in spanish before hitting up costa rica cause i have two spanish speaking buddies in my drawing class. they're sweethearts. also looks like transferring into the BFA program is gonna go smoothly, i'll share that manana cause now my sis is out of the tub and i can chillax from a long and eventful day :) goodnight cyber world!
