i took a bit of break from blogging, for various reasons but they don't quite matter now. i'm back to writing the random thoughts in my mind and allowing them spill out with each little click of my fingers rapidly moving across the keyboard. it feels good superb, better than it did before. strange thing is i don't feel uncomfortable about sharing the things inside because it feels that good to let them out. i will do my best to write daily even if it's about inanimate objects or something like my love for words.
now what is it that consumed my time away from blogging you may ask? one could say it was myself. after finally speaking up to him and telling him i needed my space, i kept to myself. i'm on a self discovery journey and it is refreshingly marvelous and empowering. though im working on finding and releasing my true identity i'm in no ways doing it alone. this is all about finding my identity in God and God alone. i wish i had done this earlier but i'm not complaining cause god controls time and can bring light to the world in a second. it's odd, i'm in the same situation i was in a few months ago which is job searching and still in surrey but i'm content and at complete peace with it. i feel as though i'm a new being, a better person, realizing the woman that God has molded me to be. this is definitely a new chapter and i am simply ecstatic. i'm truly at a lack of words to describe this feeling and new confidence i have. my heart is overwhelmed: it's filled to the brim with love and hope and excitement for this journey i'm on. i don't care where it is i'm going anymore, i don't need to see the destination because i have the greatest travelling partner and he's directing my footsteps, be them baby steps or leaps he won't let me stumble.
"For those who love what you reveal, everything fits- no stumbling around in the dark for them. I wait expectantly for your salvation; God, I do what you tell me. My soul guards and keeps all your instructions- oh, how much I love them! I follow your directions, abide by your counsel; my life's an open book before you." -psalms 119
