little red.

every time i wear this coat i can't help but feel like the beloved little red riding hood. it also reminds me of the red coat (exactly the same except a reddish orange now) that i wore as a child and never could part with- it's in the back of my closet beside this coat and my grad dress. strange realization just now: most people keep things they forget or could care less about stuffed away in the back of their closet...for me it's things i treasure haha. 

anyways, today my boyfriend and i strolled around the park we always go to (so far we have seen it in the summer, fall, and winterish (it was covered in snow a couple days ago). it's closes to my place and the city but once inside the trails all you hear is tiny birds chirping and silence. you get the occasional muffled sound of a plane that reminds you you're not really in the middle of nowhere. this time we decided to bring cameras and take photos of things we fancied. i decided to experiment with a disposable camera. im getting the prints either tomorrow or Thursday and can't wait to take a look at them. at first i was confused on how to use it and somewhat scared it wasn't quite working haha. i guess we'll see how they turn out.

either way, im glad we kinda share the same passions/hobbies :)
