so since i've been m.i.a. for about a month i suppose i shall attempt to do a quick re-cap.
first reason for this large absence- don't got a laptop 24/7 don't got no internet booooooo. i'm so deprived hah. I also don't have cable, ghetto i know, but oh well i don't really miss it. anywho that's besides the point.
I SURVIVED MY FIRST YEAR OF UNI. whaaaaaaaaat up!
and i maintained an A average while working two jobs. i don't even know how, grace of god is the only thing i can think up. well that's an A average so far, i have yet to discover my English mark...i just hope i pass...
made some amigos i hope to keep in touch with in my art and creative writing class which is grand.
i believe i've improved a great deal in my painting & drawing skillage (last semester). i learned a great deal about techniques, methods and such. and i broke through my phobia of painting on a larger canvas. i think i'm addicted, i want to paint on a huuuuuge canvas but alas i have no room to do so. perhaps next year?

TWO DECADES OLD.
so bizzare, i'm flippen' 20. when did that happen?
twenty... that just sounds weird, i am officially an adult. hah i remember when i was a youngin' i thought i'd be living on my own by 20. yeeeeeaaah right, not while going to school i'm not ballin' with cash. but anyways, for my 20th i decided to go lazer tagging. why? cause it's coo, don't be jealous. but really, it was kinda of last minute cause of my procrastination and all. also i thought, i haven't done it in ages, and i loved lazer tagging when i was kid so why not bid-farwell to my child/teen years by taking part in something i adored so much. although only 6 out of the 20 some i invited showed up, i had great fun. i shot a little kid though, felt so bad after, that lighting just makes everyone looks so intense hah. my sister owned, came in 4th out of 40 some people- she's got skills i want her on my team next time. which hopefully shall be sooooon.
anywhoo after that jesse the mexican and sterfri gave me a fighting fish. he was a beaut, i named him EL JEFE, "the boss" in spanish. he was great fun...but unfortunately died last week :( stupid fish, he didn't eat his food. i miss him :(
annnnnd back to my partaaaay, which was a month ago hah. mmm went to pauls ate some samwhiches and such, chilled and played a lot of cranium hah. and watched the last narnia movie- if you haven't seen it yet, good. just don't- it sucked full of terrible acting uggggh hah. and that's it. ohhh yeaaah went out for dinner with some girls et my man to Washington Avenue Grill in White Rock. it was deliscious and a lovely place. the atmosphere was great and the service was swell :) i liked. not so much if some of my friends did but w/e it was my day.
